Ministry of Power is celebrating “Ujjwal Bharat Ujjwal Bhavishya – Power @2047” initiative of the Government of India under “Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav” from 25th to 30th July 2022 across the Nation in association with all Power CPSEs and State DISCOMs.The programme on the occasion was organised in the College by District Administration, Yamunanagar on 28th July 2022 in collaboration with UHBVN and Government College, Aharwala (Bilaspur). Hon'ble Sh. Kanwal Pal Gujjar, Cabinet Minister of Haryana was the Chief Guest on the occasion. Besides Education Minister of Haryana, He is Minister of Forest, Minister of Parliamentary Affairs, Minister of Tourism, Hospitality, Art & Cultural Affairs. During this event, the achievements in Power and Renewable Energy Sectors were presented before the public, both from National and State perspectives apart from displaying the vision of India in these sectors for 2047 when India completes 100 years of Independence.
