1.                 

Organized one day COVID Vaccination Camp for all Students, Staff Members and Villagers on 19th July, 2021.

2.                 

The National Library Day was celebrated on 12th August, 2021 in the honour of Dr. S. R. Ranganathan, Father of Library and Information Sciences.

3.                 

Independence Day was celebrated in the College on 15th August, 2021.

4.                 

Online career counseling webinar was organized on 27th August, 2021 by Placement Cell in collaboration with Jamuna Skill Training Centre.

5.                 

One-day Tree Plantation Camp was organized on 8thSept, 2021 during “Poshan Maah”.

6.                 

An inspection was held on 15 Sept, 2021 in the College by the duly constituted committee from Kurukshetra University Kurukshetra for Extension of Affiliation of courses running in the college.

7.                 

Organized following activities in the college on 22 Sept, 2021 during Poshan Maah.

-        Poster Making Competition.

-        Slogan Writing Competition.

-        Cooking Competition.

Organized following activities on the occasion of NSS day celebration on 24th Sept, 2021.

Participation of NSS Volunteers and NSS committee members  in NSS Day celebration organized by Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra on 24th Sept,2021

Organized Online Quiz Competition on 1st Oct, 2021 on the Occasion of Gandhi Jayanti.

11.             

Online Expert Talk was organized on the topic “Aatam Nirbhar Bharat” on 2nd Oct, 2021 on the Occasion of Gandhi Jayanti. Dr. Ankeshwar Parkash, Controller of Examination, Kurukshetra University Kurukshetra was the Guest Speaker.

12.             

Participation of NSS Volunteers in University Level Pre Rd-Trial Selection Camp held on 4th Oct, 2021 at Kurukshetra university Kurukshetra. Mr. Karan Singh and Dr. Mamta Maggo accompanied the volunteers. 

13.             

Organized seven days self-defense camp for girl students of this college from 5th Oct, 2021 to 12th Oct, 2021

14.             

Organized Yoga training camp for girl students of this college from 13th Oct, 2021 to 18th  Oct, 2021

15.             

Organized First Alumni Meet-Cum-Farewell Party for all pass out students of first batch of B.A, B.Com, BCA, B.Com (CAV) on 14th Oct, 2021

16.             

Selection of two NSS Volunteers, Rohit Kumar and Dhruv Sharma, for Pre Republic-Day Parade Camp to be organized by Regional Directorate of NSS, Jaipur, Government of India at Biyani College of Science and Management, Kalwar from 18th Oct, to 27th Oct 2021.

17.             

Organized orientation assembly for students of Government College, Aharwala (Bilaspur) on 18th Oct, 2021.The students were made aware of various state government schemes including all the facilities provided in the college. Havan ceremony was also organized prior to orientation assembly for the students in new academic session 2021-22.

18.             

Organized COVID Vaccination Camp for all students on the college premises on 21st  Oct, 2021 in Collaboration with Health Department Yamuna Nagar.

19.             

Following activities were organized on the occasion of Karva Chouth on 23rd Oct, 2021

-        Thali Decoration Competition

20.             

Clean India Campaign was organized at village Milk Khas and college campus on 26th  Oct, 2021.The following three activities were conducted during the campaign:-

-        Awareness Rally on “Swachchhata”and “Plastic /Polythene Free India”

-        One Day Cleanliness Camp in the streets of Milk Khas village as well as Primary Health Centre Milk Khas

-        Seminar on the topic “Clean India" at Government College Aharwala, Bilaspur Key Speaker in this Seminar was Sh. Desh Raj from Ministry Of Youth Affairs & Sports, Government Of India.

21.             

Celebration of Rashtriya Ekta Divas on 31st Oct,2021 by organizing follwoing activities in the college campus to mark the Birth Anniversary of Sardar Vallabh Bhai Patel- “Iron Man of India”

-        Cleanliness camp in the college campus 

-        Awareness rally on “national integration”

-        Sharing of views on Sardar Vallabh Bhai Patel by Nehru Yuva Kentra.

22.             

Organized One day cleanliness camp in the college campus on 20th Nov 2021 after the completion of famous and religious Kapal Mochan Mela.

23.             

Participation of one NSS volunteer, Aakash, in the Seven Days National Integration Camp held at Maharishi Dayanand University Rohtak from 19th Nov 2021 to 25th Nov 2021.

24.             

Voter cards of eligible students made in the college in collaboration with District Administration Yamuna Nagar on 27th Nov, 2021.

Organized talent show from 29th Nov, 2021 to 30th Nov, 2021 with following activities:-

26.             

Organized an awareness programme on HIV/AIDS on 3rd Dec, 2021. Resource person on the occasion was Dr. Shamma Parveen, SMO, CHC, Bilaspur.

Organized slogan writing competition, poster making competition and awareness rally on the theme “HIV/AIDS” on 7th Dec, 2021 

28.             

Documentary film on HIV/AIDS shown to the students on 8th Dec, 2021.

29.             

Organized an awareness program on HIV/AIDS on 9th Dec, 2021 with following activities:-

-        Students holding hands in unity and making a human chain

in the shape of “India Map”

-        Ornamentation with red ribbons and balloons to depict energy among youth  

30.             

An awareness programme   on   HIV/AIDS National Helpline (1097) was organized by the college on 10th Dec, 2021.

31.             

Slogan Writing Competition, Poster Making Competition and Awareness Rally were Organized by the college on 10th Dec, 2021on the Theme “Non-Communicable Disease”.

Organized Quiz and Power Point competitions for students on 20th Dec, 2021.

33.             

Opening of 7 days NSS Camp from 28.12.2021 to 03.01.2022. Different activities beside awareness programme were organized on the first day of the camp on the sub-theme “Drug De-addiction” along with first aid special training.

Organized following activities on 29.12.2021 on the sub-theme “Beti Bachao Beti Padao” during 7 days NSS camp besides First Aid Special Training:-

-        Awareness programme /expert lectures on ‘Beti Bachao Beti Padao’, ‘Women Empowerment’ and ‘Cashless India’ by Dr. Sanjeev Sharma Associate Professor of History and Mr. Ashok Bansal, Associate Professor of English   from Govt. College Chhachhrauli (Yamunanagar) and Ms. Amandeep Makkar Assistant Professor of Computer Science from Arya Girls College Ambala Cant.

Organized following activities on 30.12.2021 on the sub-theme “Digital India” during 7 days NSS camp besides First Aid Special Training:-

-        Awareness programme /expert lectures on ‘Digital India’

-        Poetic Recitation.

-        Cleanliness Campaign   at Kapalmochan Gurudwara.

Organized following activities on 31.12.2021 on the sub-theme “COVID-19” during 7 days NSS camp besides First Aid Special Training:-

-        Awareness Programme / Expert Lectures on ‘Covid-19’ by Mr. Rakesh Sharma, Principal, Govt. College, Saraswati Nagar, Mustafabad.

-        Awareness Campaign regarding COVID -19 and vaccination camp at Milk Khas village.

Organized following activities on 01.01.2022 on the sub-theme “Road Safety” during 7 days NSS camp besides First Aid Special Training:-

-        Awareness Programme/Expert Lectures on ‘Road Safety’ by Ms. Baljit Kaur, Principal and Ms.Rajni Goel, Assistant Professor of Economics from Govt. College Chhachhrauli (Yamunanagar)

-        Power Point presentation on ‘Road Safety’ by each group of NSS Volunteers.

-        Cleanliness campaign

Organized following activities on 02.01.2022 on the sub-theme “Clean India Green India” during 7 days NSS camp besides First Aid Special Training:-

-        Awareness Programme / Expert Lectures on ‘Clean India Green India ‘by Mr. Rajesh Garg, Lecturer in Electronic and Communication Engineering from Seth Jai Prakash Polytechnic, Damla and Ms. Sonia Sharma Assistant Professor of Computer Science from Hindu Girls College, Jagadhari

-        Awareness Workshop / Training course on ‘Cashless Transaction and Google Docs’   through lectures and practical demonstrations by Ms. Amandeep Makkar, Arya Girls College, Ambala Cant and Mr. Parveen Sharma from Govt. College, Chhachhrauli .

-        Activity pertaining to ‘best out of waste’ for creative home decoration.

-        Cleanliness campaign

Closing of 7 days NSS Camp on 03.01.2022 organized from 28.12.2021 to 03.01.2022. Following activities were organized on the occasion of closing ceremony:-

1.      Valedictory Address by Chief Guest, Mr. Pritam Singh Mor, Joint Commissioner in Excise and Taxation Department besides expert talk on ‘Environmental Protection’

2.      Awareness Rally on ‘Environmental Protection’ by NSS volunteers

3.      Presentation of Report by each Group leader

Organized an Online Expert Talk / Lecture on 7th Jan, 2022 on the Topics: “Financial Awareness” and “Cashless India”. Dr. Monika Aggarwal, Associate Professor of Commerce, Sec-11, Govt. College, Chandigarh was the resource person.

Organized an Online Expert Talk / Lecture on 15th Jan, 2022 on the Topics: “Time Management” and “How to Make Resume”.  Dr. Monika Aggarwal, Associate Professor of Commerce, Sec-11, Govt. College, Chandigarh was the resource person.

Organized an Awareness Programme through lectures and documentary film on 12 Feb, 2022to mark the birthday of Indian Mystic Poet, Great Sant, Philosopher and Social Reformer, Guru Ravidas Ji.

Organized orientation assembly for all students on 21st Feb, 2022 regarding university examination to be held w.e.f. 23 Feb, 2022. The students were made aware about the complete examination process to be followed by them.
